Canceling A Subscription
You can cancel or renew a subscription at any time. Here’s what you need to know about canceling your Kittl Pro or Expert subscription.
- Hover over your profile in the top right corner of your screen and choose “Subscription” from the dropdown menu.
2. Scroll to the “Your Subscription” section and click “Change Plan”
3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
4. Select the reason for canceling then click "Next"
5. Choose "Cancel my Subscription" then click "Next"
"Your Subscription was canceled" message will appear once it has been successfully canceled.
Your subscription will be canceled after your current billing period. You'll still have access to Kittl Pro or Expert features until then. Please note that Kittl plans are non-refundable.
